How do I book a coaching or mentoring session?

What’s the difference between coaching and mentoring?
Coaching focuses on personal growth, mindset, and self-development. Mentoring supports you in building your business and entrepreneurial journey.
What is the difference between a therapist and a coach?
A therapist treats mental health issues and psychological disorders. They are trained and licensed to diagnose, understand, and work with emotional or psychological conditions.
A coach, on the other hand, helps you move from point A to point B in personal growth, goals, and human development. A coach cannot — and must never — perform therapy or treat disorders. If a coach detects signs that a client needs psychological help, the coach is legally and ethically required to refer them to a qualified therapist. Coaching is about guidance and progress, not medical or psychological treatment.
Can I trust the coaches?
Absolutely. All our coaches go through a pre-selection process and complete internal certification to ensure quality, professionalism, and alignment with our values.
How can I become a coach or a mentor on Womenext Ventures?
You can apply through our “Join the Team” page. If accepted, you’ll receive onboarding, support tools, and access to our community of clients and partners.
How do I know which coach or mentor is right for me?
You can view each Empowerment Guide’s profile, explore their bio and focus areas, and book a discovery session before making your choice.
Can I cancel or reschedule a session?
Yes. You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session through your dashboard.
What if I’m not satisfied with my session?
Your satisfaction matters. We encourage feedback after every session, and if needed, our team will help you find a better match.
Does this platform support any ideological movement?
No. WomenX Ventures is not affiliated with any ideological, political, religious, or intellectual movement. Our mission is purely focused on practical empowerment, business growth and human development for women entrepreneurs.
Are the coaching sessions confidential?
Yes. All sessions follow strict confidentiality and ethical guidelines. Your personal information and discussions remain private.
Do I need to be certified to apply as a coach or mentor?
Yes. While we welcome qualified professionals, we require either certification or relevant experience, which is verified during the onboarding process.
Does WomenNext invest directly in startups?
No. WomenNext Ventures is not an investment fund.
We act as a bridge between women-led startups and potential investors or business angels by offering visibility, credibility, and access to our network of VCs and angel investors.
Can I invite a friend to the platform?
Yes. We encourage referrals. You can send an invitation directly through your dashboard to help others join the community.
Are the services available internationally?
Yes. WomenNext Ventures is a global platform. Each coach or mentor displays their availability according to their own time zone, allowing you to book sessions that align with your schedule.
How does WomenNext ensure the quality of coaches and mentors?
Every coach or mentor must be certified and have a minimum of 100 hours of coaching or mentoring experience. We fully verify their background, conduct an interview, and guide them through an onboarding process where they receive training and supervision before being approved.
What languages are coaching and mentoring sessions offered in?
Sessions are available in English, French, and Arabic. Each coach or mentor profile clearly displays the languages they work with.
Is the platform limited to any specific gender or geographical focus?
No. WomenNext Ventures is not limited by gender nor geography.
